Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. The site is operated by Daringbil English Courses, correspondence address 48 Charlotte Street, London W1T 2NS, United Kingdom. Contact: info@daringbil.digital.

How the site works and how you may use it

Three sections, printed as an index. Each row carries a heading you can scan and the operative paragraph beneath it.

What this site is

Daringbil English Courses is an editorial guide to English language schools and course formats in the United Kingdom. We publish profiles, comparison pages, and explanatory articles. We are not a language school, an agent, or a booking platform, and we do not sell courses or arrange enrolments on behalf of any provider.

Use of the site

You may read, print, and share content from this site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy substantial parts of the content for republication, scrape the site systematically, or present our content as your own. Requests for other uses should be sent to info@daringbil.digital.

Enquiries and forms

When you submit an enquiry form, you provide your first name, surname, email address, and phone number so we can reply. Submitting a form does not create a contract, enrol you on any course, or commit you to any payment. Forms on this site are covered by the policy below.

Accuracy, limits, and what this page is not

Accuracy and limits

We base our profiles on published accreditation listings and on schools' own descriptions of their provision. Course menus, timetables, fees, and availability change, and only the school can confirm current details. We do not warrant that information on this site is complete or up to date at the moment you read it, and you should verify anything important with the provider directly.

No professional advice

Content on this site is general information about UK English language study. It is not legal, immigration, or financial advice. Decisions about visas, study rights, and employment while studying are subject to UK rules and to your own circumstances, and you should check official sources or seek qualified advice before relying on anything here.

Why we print this section

Every school comparison on this site is a snapshot. If you are weighing two providers, treat our profiles as a starting point and confirm the entry requirements, term dates, and total cost with the school before you commit.

The rest of the ruling

Liability, changes, and how to reach us

Read these alongside the privacy and cookie policies — they cover separate questions. Where a term here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.

Liability

We provide this site as it is and do not accept liability for losses arising from reliance on its content, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on this page is the one that applies. If we make a material change to how enquiries are handled, the privacy policy is updated in the same pass.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you have a concern about the site, contact us in writing first at info@daringbil.digital so we can try to resolve it directly.

Enquiries, corrections, takedowns

Schools and readers can tell us about outdated profiles or a school we have listed we should not have. Write to info@daringbil.digital with the page address and a short note — we review corrections and reply on the same working-day schedule as our office hours.

In short

Questions readers ask about these terms

A short set of clarifications for readers of the terms page. If your question is not here, write to us.

Are you an agency or a school? +

Neither. Daringbil is an editorial guide. We publish profiles and comparisons of UK English language schools so you can narrow the field, and you then deal directly with the school you choose.

Does submitting the enquiry form enrol me on anything? +

No. Submitting the form asks us to reply to your question. It does not create a contract, place you on a waiting list, or commit you to any payment. Enrolment terms are set by the school itself.

Can I republish a comparison table from the site? +

Not as your own. Personal, non-commercial use is fine. For anything else — a school linking to or quoting a profile, a journalist, a partner — write to info@daringbil.digital and we will reply with what is and is not permitted.

Are the fees and dates on a profile always current? +

Treat them as a snapshot. Course menus, fees, term dates, and availability change between our review passes, so confirm the current figures with the school before you commit to a booking.

Where do I send a correction or complaint? +

Email info@daringbil.digital, or call +44 20 7945 7264 during office hours (Mon to Fri, 9:00 to 18:00; Sat, 10:00 to 14:00). Send the page address and a short note about what is wrong and we will review it.

What the terms protect

A guide to UK English study, not a substitute for the school

Hard-noon view of a London street from a language school doorway
The trip, the visa question, the fee — none of it is decided on this site. Use our profiles to shortlist, then go to the school for the binding version.

Nothing on this site replaces a school's own enrolment documents, its published schedule, or the entry criteria its admissions team applies. Where our text and a school's differ, the school's current documents and the UK rules that apply to you are the ones that decide.
